April 17, 2008 AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Eftichios Vassilakis, Executive Vice Chairman of the company's Board of Directors purchased 7,000 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 33,783.28 on 16/4/2008.
