November 4, 2008 AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Konstantakopoulos Achilleas, non-executive member of the company's Board of Directors purchased 7,120 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 23,872.80 on 03/11/2008.
