January 19, 2009 AEGEAN AIRLINES S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Theodore Vassilakis, Chairman of the company's Board of Directors purchased 49,800 shares of Aegean Airlines of total value Euro 142,428.00 on 16/01/2009.
