July 4, 2008 The Board of Directors of the companies DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS S.A. and GLOBAL NEW EUROPE FUND PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS SA, which are under a merger process with the absorption of the second company by the first, announce that the documents provisioned by the article 73 par. 1 of C.L. 2190/1920, are available to the shareholders, else copies or drafts can be sent after a request of the interested shareholder. The current announcement is being published pursuant to the article 73 of C.L. 2190/1920.
