(the "Company") informs its shareholders that the Report of the Board of Directors pursuant to the article 4.1.4.1.3. of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, relevant to the merger by the absorption of the company "GLOBAL NEW EUROPE FUND PORTFOLIO INVESTEMENTS SA" from the Company, is available at its offices and at the Company's site (www.diasfund.gr) and at the Athens Stock Exchange's site (www.ase.gr).
