November 13, 2008 The Company DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS S.A. in accordance with Law 3556/2007 and the Decision no 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Capital Market Commission, and for the purpose of estimation and determination of the limits of significant acquisition or disposal of participation by shareholders or owners of voting rights, informs the investment community that, after the finalization of the merger with the company GLOBAL New Europe Fund Portfolio Investments S.A. the share capital of the Company amounts to ninety eight millions, three hundred seventy four thousands, seven hundred fourteen Euros and four cents (98.374.714,04), divided into one hundred six millions, nine hundred twenty nine thousands, thirty seven (106.929.037) common voting registered shares, of par value of nineteen two cents (0,92) each.
