December 30, 2008 The Company DIAS PORTFOLIO INVESTMENTS S.A. (DIAS), in accordance with article 2, paragraph 2e of the decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the article 281 of the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange, informs the investors that Mr Takis - Panagiotis Kanellopoulos on 29/12/2008 submitted his resignation from his position as a non executive member of its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting on 29/12/2008 accepted Mr Takis - Panagiotis Kanellopoulos' resignation. There are no other changes in the composition and the responsibilities of the members of the Board of Directors as well as in the composition of the Company's Governance Committees according to the provisions of its Internal Regulation. The Company's representation remains the same.
