February 28, 2008 In the context of the special obligations arising by articles 275, par.d and 292 par. 2 of Athens Stock Exchange Regulation as regards the Company's Financial Calendar, we would like to inform you as follows: a) The annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. will be held on June 3, 2008. b) The company intends to distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2007. Those who are shareholders of the company after the end of the A.S.E. trading session on 09.06.2008 will be entitled to receive dividends. From 10.06.2008 and onwards the shares of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A., will be trading without any right to dividend for the fiscal year 2007. The payment of the dividend for fiscal year 2007 will take place on 18.06.2008, through the bank EUROBANK. c) The company has scheduled to publish the Annual Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2007 on March 5, 2008. d) The annual briefing of analysts with regard to the Financial Results of the company for the fiscal year 2007 will be held on March 26, 2008 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.
