May 14, 2008 Based on the articles 3 (par.16,bb) and 21 of the L.3556/2007, on the article 11 of the decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as well as the Circular 33, par.3 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, the Company "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A. announces that Mr. Konstantinos Macheras, Managing Director of the Company and consequently an obligor according to the article 13 of the L.3340/2005, on May 12, 2008, sold 49,325 shares of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A, for a total value of 2,470,021.24 Euros and on on May 13, 2008, sold 675 shares of "ALFA-BETA" VASSILOPOULOS S.A, for a total value of 33,750 Euros.
