June 4, 2008 ALFA-BETA VASSILOPOULOS S.A. informs the investors that during the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 03.06.2008 a new Board of Directors was elected consisting of 8 members. During the meeting of the Board of Directors that followed the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 03.06.2008, the Board of Directors was constituted as follows: 1. Konstantinos Kyriakides, Chairman, non executive member. 2. Pierre-Olivier Beckers, Deputy Chairman, non executive member. 3. Konstantinos Macheras, Chief Executive Officer, executive member. 4. Renaud Cogels, non executive member. 5. Craig Owens, non executive member. 6. Michael Waller, non executive member. 7. Tryfon Kollintzas, independent non executive member. 8. Alexandros Fylaktopoulos, independent non executive member. The term of the members of the BoD is tree years and ends by the election of the new BoD by the General Assembly that will convene within the first semester of 2011.
