February 27, 2008 Benrubi S.A., according to the relevant resolution of its Board of Directors of February 26, 2008, announces the sale of up to two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000) common shares of the company at minimum price of euro 4.80/per share. The sale will take place from February 28, 2008 until March 27, 2008, through Proton Bank S.A. These shares had been acquired following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated January 17, 2005.
