September 30, 2008 AAIRUBI SA announces, in accordance to the article 9, par. 5 of L.3556/2007, that following the completion of its Share Capital decrease, due to the cancellation of 200.000 own shares, the Company's Share Capital now amounts to euro 8.430.420,18 and total voting rights of 9.264.198 result from an equal number of ordinary, registered shares of nominal value euro 0,91 each.
