May 18, 2006 On May 18, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 22/656/13.4.2006 of the Executive Committee of the Capital Market Commission, 12.000 (CR) shares of the Company AGROTIKI INSURANCE COMPANY S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on May 17, 2006, by a percentage greater than 2%.
