January 11, 2008 ALUMIL MILONAS administration announces that, in accordance with the Annual General Shareholders Meeting for the 2006 financial year, a new 10 m. euros debenture bond was signed. The bond has material form and no trading, no conversion rights, signed according to Hellenic laws 2190/1920 and 3156/2003. The sole bond holder and trustee for the 5-year period bond is "MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A." and it is purposed primarily for company debt refinancing. The bond lowers financial expenses, optimizes further company financial structure thus adding stock value.
