June 11, 2008 ALUMIL administration announces that due to the recent developments in the personal affairs of George Milonas, President and Chief Executive Officer of ALUMIL: Vice - President and Chief Executive Officer, Evangelia Milona, exercises the management of all corporate and Group affairs, sourced from her position, substituting also George Milonas. We report that Group activities continue uninterrupted, in full operational and growth mode. There are no deviations from Group estimates and no discontinuity in Administration from the temporary absence of the President.
