June 18, 2008 ALUMIL administration announces that the Annual General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) of ALUMIL MILONAS S.A., which took place on Friday, June 6th 2008, elected the Company's new Board of Directors: 1. George Alexander Milonas, President, executive member. 2. Evaggelia Alexander Milonas, Vice - President, executive member. 3. Eutihia Milona, wife of Alexander Milonas, executive member. 4. George Ioannis Doukidis, non executive member. 5. Anastasios Hristos Alexandridis, independent, non-executive member. 6. Hristos Anastasios Sidiras, independent, non-executive member. The elected Board of Directors is elected for five years, until the GSM convened during the first semester of 2013.
