February 23, 2006 The company DOMIKI KRITIS S.A. informs the investing public the following: In the Interim Financial Statements and the Financial Data & Information for the period 1.1.2005-30.9.2005, due to an oversight, the following items were erroneously presented: Specifically, in the table "Financial Data for the Income Statement", in the Consolidated Items (column 1/7-30/9/2004) the amounts of the following accounts were erroneously presented: - Profit/(loss) before taxes of EUR 2,550,038.16 instead of the correct amount: EUR 2,574,294.69. - Profit/(loss) after taxes of EUR 1,762,787.00 instead of EUR 1,787,043.53. - Amounts Distributed to: a) company shareholders EUR 1,744,078.60 instead of EUR 1,819,392.34, b) Minority Interests EUR 18,708.40 instead of EUR -32,348.81. - Earnings per share, after taxes of EUR 0.109 instead of EUR 0.139. The results for the period from 1.1.2004-30.9.2004 are not affected by the aforementioned errors as they exclusively concern an erroneous depiction of the third quarter (1.7.2004-30.9.2004).
