January 5, 2006 In accordance with Articles 2 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission Board of Directors decisions 5/204/14.11.2000 and 3/347/12.7.2005, the company ATTI-KAT TECHNICAL CO. S.A. informs the investing public the following: In the bid that was carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Public Works on 29.12.2005, after the unseal and review of tenders, underbid in the following project: "Construction of the motorway and its relevant works in the section 'Skarfia-Thermopiles', budgeted at EUR 113,190,000 and with a discount of 31.64%.
