September 2, 2008 Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Vasilios Fourlis, independent non executive member of the Company's B.o.D., purchased on 1st September 2008, 500 common shares of our Company of a total value of 12,000.00 euros.
