October 17, 2006 As of October 17, 2006, the shares of the Company ACTIVE INVESTMENTS S.A. are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 5,00971539014 new (CR) shares for every 10 old (CR) share held at an issue price of 1,23 Euro. The rights trading period is set from October 23, 2006, to October 31, 2006. The subscription rights period is set from October 23, 2006 to November 6, 2006. It is clarified, according to the article 76 of the ATHEX Regulation Operation and the decision No 30 of the ATHEX BoD, that the trading limits of the share price only for the trading session on October 17, 2006, is set as follows: +10% (expands to +20%) at the adjusted start share price: 1,02 Euro and –10% (expands to -20%) at the closing share price on the ATHEX last trading session (16/10/2006): 0,92 Euro.
