As of January 24, 2006, the 2.532.334 new (CR) shares of the Company "DIONIC S.A." start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the merger with the Companies "EUROKATASTIMATA S.A." & "UNIKID HELLAS S.A.". The new shares will be offered as follows: (a) Each shareholder of DIONIC will exchange 1 old (CR) share held with 1,03 newly issued (CR) shares, (b) each shareholder of EUROKATASTIMATA will exchange 1 old share held with 1,50 newly issued (CR) shares of DIONIC and (c) each shareholder of UNIKID HELLAS will exchange 1 old share held with 3,6296653 newly issued (CR) shares of DIONIC. On January 24, 2006, the total number of the Company's listed shares amounts to 18.346.934 (CR) shares.
