February 2, 2006 As of February 2, 2006, the 320.052 new (CR) shares of the Company DIONIC S.A. start trading on the ATHEX following the recent share capital increase due to the Stock Option Plan from 56 beneficiaries -the members of the BoD and the Company's Managers & personnel', at an issue price of 0,30 Euro. On February 2, 2006, the total number of the Company’s listed shares amounts to 18.666.986 (CR) shares.
