July 28, 2006 On July 28, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 427/12.7.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 1.292 (CR) shares –(being undisposed fractional residue, which resulted from the share capital increase of the petitioner)- of the Company DIONIC S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on July 27, 2006, by a percentage greater than 5%.
