August 25, 2006 As of August 25, 2006, start trading on the ATHEX, the1.100 new Bonds of the company DIONIC S.A, at a par value and issue price of 10.000 Euros each, that resulted from the issue of a Convertible Bond Loan, 4-year duration and non-fixed interest rate. Every Bond converts to 11.000 (CR) with voting rights shares of par value 0.30 Euros each.
