March 5, 2007 On March 5, 2007, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 91/20.02.2007 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 13 (CR) shares - (being undisposed fractional residue, which resulted from the Company’s share capital increase) - of the Company BETANET S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on March 2, 2007, by a percentage greater than 5%.
