November 12, 2008 Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., which is closely associated to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, bought 2,554 ordinary shares of Attica Group of total value Euro 11,111.62 on 7th November, 2008.
