November 27, 2008 Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., which is closely associated to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, bought shares of the Company as follows: a) on 25.11.2008 bought 2,616 shares with total value of Euro 12,088.46 and b) on 24.11.2008 bought 1,906 shares with total value of Euro 8,880.01
