January 23, 2009 Attica Holdings S.A. (the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., a company which may be considered closely associated to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, bought shares of the Company as follows: a) on 21/01/2009 bought 500 shares with total value of Euro 1,326.86 and b) on 22/01/2009 bought 3,000 shares with total value of Euro 7,450.41.
