June 15, 2006 On June 15, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 17/660/8.5.2006 of the Executive Committee of the Capital Market Commission, 4.250 (CR) shares of the Company AEOLIAN INVESTMENT FUND S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on June 14, 2006, by a percentage greater than 2%.
