April 18, 2008 According to notifications we received on 17th April 2008 from the companies Colonel Ltd and Indosuez Trust Company (Cayman) Ltd, the latter acting as trustee of Colonel Ltd., the company Colonel Ltd on 28th March 2008 reduced the percentage of voting rights that it holds in shares of our company from 7.16% to 4.03%. In the same notifications, the company Credit Agricole (Suisse) SA is mentioned as shareholder in our company, acting as custodian.
