November 5, 2007 Alpha Bank A.E. announces in accordance with art.9, par.5 of l.3556/2007, that following a share capital increase pursuant to the exercise of stock options, the share capital of the Bank amounts today to Euro 1,602,074,709.30 divided into 410,788,387 common registered voting shares, of nominal value Euro 3.90 each.
