April 23, 2008 The First General Meeting of Shareholders, to decide upon postponed items from the Ordinary General Meeting, was not held today April 23, 2008, due to lack of quorum. Consequently, according to the decision of the Board of Directors, the Second General Meeting of Shareholders to decide upon postponed items from the Ordinary General Meeting is convened on Tuesday, May 13, 2008 at 10.30 a.m., at the Hilton Athens Hotel.
