January 15, 2006 On January 15, 2007, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 681/11.12.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 1.100 (CR) shares of the Company ALCO HELLAS S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on January 12, 2007, by a percentage greater than 5%.
