February 22, 2007 On February 22, 2007, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 62/7.2.2007 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 2.413 (CR) shares -(being undisposed fractional residue, which resulted from the share capital increase)- of the Company ALCO HELLAS S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on February 21, 2007, by a percentage greater than 3%.
