July 27, 2007 HATZIOANNOU S.A. Board of Directors informs the investing public that on June 29 & 30, 2007 the Annual Ordinary Shareholders Meetings of both Common and Preferred shareholders approved, amongst other issues, the change of the company's name to HATZIOANNOU ANONYME INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COMPANY, TIGHTS, SOCKS, UNDERWEAR, YARN, FABRIC, TEXTILE DYEING & FINISHING, GARMENTS, HOLDINGS, REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT-PROPERTY, with the distinctive title HATZIOANNOU S.A. The Ministry of Development approved, with the E2-10215/9.7.2007 Decision, the amendment of the relevant article of the company's Articles of Association. The Athens Exchange was informed of the afore mentioned approval on July 26, 2007. Based on the above, the company's Board of Directors determined July 31, 2007 to be the day for the change of the company's name on the Athens Exchange to HATZIOANNOU ANONYME INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COMPANY, TIGHT, SOCKS, UNDERWEAR, YARN, FABRIC, TEXTILE DYEING & FINISHING, GARMENTS, HOLDINGS, REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT-PROPERTY, with the distinctive title HATZIOANNOU S.A.
