November 2, 2006 On November 2, 2006, (before the opening of the trading session, Local Time: 11:16) according to the decision No 565/13.10.2006 of the General Manager of the Capital Market Commission, 789.320 (CR) shares of the Company CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A., will be auctioned. The opening price for the auction of shares cannot be less than the closing price of the share on November 1, 2006, by a percentage greater than 3%.
