March 1, 2007 Increase of share par value - As of March 1, 2007, the shares of the Company CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. are traded on the ATHEX ex-rights in terms of 2 new (CR) share for every 10 old (CR) shares held at an issue price of 0,90 Euro. The rights trading period is set from March 7, 2007, to March 30, 2007. The subscription rights period is set from March 7, 2007, to April 5, 2007. It is clarified, according to the article 76 of the ATHEX Regulation Operation and the decision No 30 of the ATHEX BoD, that the trading limits of the share price only for the trading session on March 1, 2007, is set as follows: +10% (expands to +20%) at the closing share price on the ATHEX last trading session (28/2/2007): 1,52 Euro and -10% (expands to -20%) at the adjusted start share price: 1,42 Euro
