After all the Company's Board of Director is as follows: 1) Mr. Rodolfo Odoni, son of Francisco, Executive Member, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. 2) Mr Ioannis Capodistrias, son of George, Executive Member, Vice-Chairman. 3) Mr Leonidas Kontogiannis, son of Elias, Non- Executive Member. 4) Mr Emmanuel Vlaseros, son of Prokopis, Non- Executive Member. 5) Mr Jonathan Charles Moss, son of Ronald Wilfred, Independent, Non- Executive Member. 6) Mr Michael Chalikias, son of Aristides, Independent, Non- Executive Member O. 7) Mr Emmanuel Vlasis, son of Christos, Executive Member. The above BoD's term is determined until the 27-06-2012.
