July 29, 2008 CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. informs the investment community that as of Monday, July 21, 2008 Mr. Kostakis Eleutherios assume the position of the Group's Internal Auditor in replacement of the resigned Mr. Vasilas Mattheos. Mr. Kostakis has worked for several years in various positions in the private sector where he gained experience in areas such as accounting and finance as well as in strategic marketing and communications. He is a graduate of Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB) holding a bachelors degree in finance and business economics.
