October 2, 2008 In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union "CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A." announces that following the resolution of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting dated June 30, 2008 and the Board of Directors' resolution dated June 30, 2008, and in accordance with article 16 of L.2190/1920, proceed to the purchase of own shares for the period from 25/09/2008 to 01/10/2008 via Merit Securities S.A., as follows: 1) On 30.09.2008 the Company purchased 22,000 shares, with average cost price euro 1.54 per share, and total purchase price euro 33,824.24. 2) On 01.10.2008 the Company purchased 40,000 shares, with average cost price euro 1.53 per share, and total purchase price euro 61,226.35
