January 4, 2006 In accordance with Article 2, pararagraph 2(e) of the decision of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission 3/347/12.07.2005, the company announces herewith that on Monday, December 19, 2005, after the leave of Mr.Nikolaos Giannitsis, General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors of the company, the Board of Directors decided to place in his position Mr.Antonios Lambadiaris.
