March 15, 2006 The Ordinary General Meeting of Alpha Leasing Shareholders, held on Wednesday March 15, 2006, approved a dividend for the financial year 2005 of Euro 0.22 per share. Entitled to dividend are all shareholders owning company shares by the closing of trade in the Athens Exchange on March 16, 2006. From March 17, 2006 company shares are traded in the Athens Exchange without entitlement to dividend. The dividend is payable from March 27, 2006.
