May 15, 2006 Due to the circumstances created following the 8/5/2006 joint announcement of the companies Mytilinaios Holdings S.A. and Delta Project S.A. and further to its announcement, dated 9/5/2006, C. Rokas S.A. regrets to announce that the transaction purported in the Memorandum of Understanding of 20/12/2005 signed with Delta Project S.A. for the purchase of a majority stake in Delta Energiaki S.A. shall not take place.
