May 19, 2006 Our Company announces that based on decision no. Ê2 6719 made by the Ministry of Development on 12/5/2006, approval was given for the amendment of article 1 (change of corporate name to C. ROKAS S.A.) and articles 6 and 16 of our Articles of Incorporation pertaining to the authorization to approve a simple Bond Loan, as decided by the Annual General Assembly on 27/4/2006.
