July 20, 2006 In the context of decision number 3/347/12.07.05 of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Committee, ROKAS Industrial & Trade Societe Anonyme (ABEE) announces that its Board of Directors accepted the resignation of the Member, Mr. Pedro Victor Barriuso Otaola, and elected to replace the resigned executive Member, with the appointment of Mr. Xabier Viteri Solaun for the remainder of the resigned Member's term. The decision of the Board of Directors was filed with the Registry of Societe Anonyme, protocol registration number K2-10628/18/7/2006.
