Clarifications

November 20, 2006 C. Rokas SA wishes to make the following clarifications regarding articles of the press published on 17.11.2006 concerning the Company's investment program in wind energy on three islands in the N. Aegean Sea: "C. Rokas SA has proposed to PPC Renewables SA, subsidiary company of PPC, to participate in the construction of wind farms on three islands of the N. Aegean Sea. PPC Renewables is currently examining Rokas' proposal, however the two parties have not yet reached any agreement, as it was published today in some press announcements."
