March 12, 2007 According to the provisions of stock exchange regulations and according to the 3/347/12.07.2005 decision of the B.O.D of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, C.ROKAS SA announces that, as per the decision of its B.O.D meeting of 02.02.2007, has appointed as a new Internal Auditor Mr. Georgios Tziris who assumed his duties on 5 March 2007.
