April 18, 2007 The Company announces that on 13-4-2007 it submitted jointly with its shareholder Iberdrola Energias Renovables S.A. the Notification on the Concentration of Undertakings, pursuant to the articles 4, 4b - 4f ("pre-merger notification"), to the Hellenic Competition Commission for the approval of the acquisition of sole control of the management of the Company by the above mentioned shareholder.
