June 28, 2007 C. ROKAS S.A. informs the investment public that Mr. Simos Camhis has resigned from the Company. Mrs. Liana Chatziharalampous undertakes the Investor Relations Department, while Mrs. Dora Natsi undertakes the Financial Services Department. Additionally, Mr. Dimitris Maggioros undertakes the position of Administration Director. The position was temporarily occupied by the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Christian Thomas, who continues to lead the Financial Division.
