January 16, 2008 C. ROKAS S.A. announces, that the Board of Directors during its meeting on January 15 2008 unanimously accepted the resignation of Mr Xabier Viteri Solaun, member of the Board of Directors and elected Mr Alberto Seisdedos Fernandez del Pino to fill in the vacant post for the term of office of the resigned member.
